ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS
You can ask for any refund in case your certified order got stolen or lost. Anyway, I recommend contacting me in that case so since it has its tracking number we can send the package back to you.
I also offer refunds if the products arrive damaged during shipment. In that case, you have to contact me providing your order number, a short explanation and attached photos of the damaged products, including the package.
If I didn't send the correct order to you, contact me within 5 days providing your order number, a short explanation with the bill I provide and photos of the incorrect merchandise. I will send you again the correct order package. You don't need to send back to me your order, that means you can keep the wrong prints/products I sent you for free.
For any other reasons, I do not offer cancellations or returns.
