These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

General Conditions

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Please notice that here you might find drawings identified as mature (i.e, paintings which contain female nipples)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).


Prices and descriptions for our products are subject to change without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

If any rare time I mess up things with prices, Tati Moons has the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for any item not in its original condition, original packaging, in any damaged condition, items for sale, limited editions, or any item that is returned more than 15 natural days after delivery. To finally complete your return, when accorded, you must send back the items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Please do not send your purchase back to Tati MoonS without any previous notification/approval from us in order to follow the correct instructions, or the order will not be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, you will need to ship the items you don’t want to us, and then pay for the reshipment of the new items that you want.

To return your product, send us an email at help@tatimoons.com before sending any physical mail back to us or the order will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This means that you will get a refund of the items you want to refund, but the shipping costs of your order are not included.

The shipping option must have its tracking number and you must provide it to Tati MoonS after you reship it. If the shipping does not include tracking number, the refund may not be applicable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless trackable postage is used.




When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Unless knowingly and voluntarily submitted to tatimoons.com by the user, tatimoons.com does not collect or sell personally identifiable information about users.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates only if you subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe whenever you want to.


If you choose a direct payment to complete your purchase, then Tati MoonS stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) so Tati MoonS have no access to any pin, full card number or similar. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
